2019 Luncheon Best Attended Yet! — September 30, 2019
Thanks to all of you who were able to join us to celebrate the connections that create home, health, and hope for the over 250 people who call Clare Housing home.
At the luncheon, we were very fortunate to hear some powerful Clare Housing stories, including the stories of residents Ivory and DuJuan, and the story of Dixie, whose brother Kent was able to find love and care during his last days with us.
If you weren’t able to join us, you owe it to yourself to take a moment to see what you missed. Watch the video that we shared. If these three people inspire you, like they inspired all of us at the Luncheon, it’s not too late to make a donation to support our work. If you did attend, please consider sharing the video with your friends!
We have nearly 360 people on our waiting list who are in need of housing. The Minnesota HIV Housing Coalition estimates that there are up to 1,000 people diagnosed with HIV who will be homeless or unstably housed tonight. A world where all of these people have access to housing is possible thanks to people like you showing up at events like this one, sharing our mission with their friends, and doing what you can to support our residents.
Please join us in our effort to ensure all people living with HIV have a place to call home.
