What is it like to work here? Our buildings are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our resident and staff community is diverse in age, race, gender, and sexual orientation.  Clare Housing is a housing first/harm reduction organization, where we prioritize permanent housing as a platform from which residents can pursue personal goals and improve their quality of life.
