Clare Housing helps end homelessness for Minnesotans living with HIV who do not have stable housing. Tonight in our state, there are nearly 1,000 people living with HIV who do not have permanent housing. Their HIV status is just one among many challenges in securing a place to call home.
To build a better world together, Clare Housing is in need of community advocates like you.
