aia_awardThat’s right! Clare Midtown was the winner of the 2014 Affordable Housing Design award. The honor was bestowed by AIA Minnesota: a Society of the American Institute of Architects.

Clare Midtown, located in the Corcoran neighborhood in Minneapolis, features 45 bright, sunny units with a contemporary look. Watch the story of how the community, Clare Housing and architects at Cermak Rhoades came together to create this beautiful home, which is helping people with HIV/AIDS create healthier lives.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, December 16th, we’ll be celebrating the ground breaking of our latest development, Clare Terrace in Robbinsdale. In a year or two, we may be celebrating an award for that location too!
