Join a compassionate team that cares about affordable housing! Clare Housing staff serve their community every day by providing care and support to our residents living with HIV. Working at Clare Housing is excellent experience for people looking to begin a career in health and human services.

All part time and full time staff enjoy benefits that include dental and vision insurance; opportunities for holiday, overnight and last-minute pay bonuses; free telehealth services; and a retirement account with a matching contribution. Full time staff can also take advantage of health insurance; short and long term disability insurance; life insurance; 9 paid holidays; and generous PTO.

"It is such a pleasure to work with humans that come from such different backgrounds yet maintain so much similarity. I have witnessed strangers become friends and family; and people in proximity become community. We (the staff) are truly the lucky ones to be able to learn and grow alongside each and every resident."

-Jeremy, Supportive Services Manager
