We ask that all volunteers agree to:

Complete all requested onboarding steps, which may include trainings, a background check, and fingerprinting (depending on how much and what kind of interaction you will have with residents);
Commit to engaging with all Clare Housing staff, partners, and residents with compassion, openness, non-judgment, and an equity lens;
Embody Clare Housing’s mission to create healing and health while engaging in all volunteer activities;
Collaborate and communicate with Clare Housing staff regarding volunteer activities, including providing feedback to the Data and Volunteer Resources Specialist and working with site staff to perform volunteer activities;
Abide by Clare Housing’s organizational policies and protocols.
